A Scottish artisan Cheddar style cheese hand made in Ayrshire using the milk from the dairy’s own pedigree Ayrshire cattle. The dairy is located within a short distance from where Robert Burns' mother made her own cheese.

Barwheys is made with Aryshire raw milk, clothbound and aged between eight and fourteen months.
