Single Gloucester PDO 250g ( Unpasteurised Cows' Milk, Vegetarian rennet) - Made by Jonathan Crump in Gloucestershire, this cheese is special in the fact that is made purely with the milk of Gloucester cattle, one of the rarest breeds of cattle in the country. A moist, delicate cheese with a creamy, buttery taste and slightly sharp freshness on the finish.
Bath Soft Cheese 200g - ( Pasteurised Cows' Milk, Traditional rennet) Made near the River Avon from the milk of cows that graze the lush meadows, giving a soft and delicious cheese.
Baronet 250g - ( Pasteurised Cows' Milk, Traditional rennet) - A rind washed cheese from Wiltshire made in an alpine style but with Jersey milk with a full bodied, rich, rounded flavour.
Cornish Blue 250g - ( Pasteurised Cows' Milk, Traditional rennet) – Made near Liskeard in Cornwall this blue cheese is a soft, dense texture and a buttery yet tangy flavour that is not overpowered by excessive blue tones.
Spiced Plumn Chutney 180g -A sweet and lightly spiced plum chutney with plump raisins and English apples to create the perfect chutney for cheese.
Cornish Buttermilk Biscuits 100g - A slightly sweet, crisp, oat and wholemeal cracker, enriched with Cornish Buttermilk.
Apricot, Date & Sunflower Seed Cracker Bakes 100g - Deliciously crunchy, twice baked gourmet fruity Sodabread Cracker Bakes with Apricots, Dates & Sunflower Seeds.The carcker bakes are also Gluten Free.
