An evening of wonderful blue cheeses matched with some fantastic dessert wines.

New in our Stratford shop today, Morbier!  Often made by Comte producers, this cheese has a smooth creamy and mellow taste, with a thin layer of ash running through the centre separating the evening milk from the morning milk.  A wonderful tasting cheese, also looks very striking on the cheese board.

We will be sampling this lovely cheese in our Stratford shop, so come in and try some for yourself.

Kilree is in stock and tasting delicious! This washed rind goat’s milk cheese from Co. Kilkenny was crowned Supreme Champion at the British Cheese Awards 2011. It is available to purchase by mail order and from all three Paxton & Whitfield shops, as well as wholesale!
