Ingredients
(1 portion)- 100g Wiltshire Ham
- Pure Acacia honey
- Poppyseed dressing
- ½ Pear
- Mixed salad
- 50g Shaved Parmesan
Method
- Cut the ham into one inch cubes and mix with the pears with the honey.
- Bake in oven 180 degrees C until golden (5 mins).
- Dress the leaves in the dressing and arrange on the plate.
- Place the hot ham mixture on top and shave the parmesan all over.
