1201 - Charcoal Cracker

Charcoal Cracker

A crisp and savoury biscuit with a dark, distinctive appearance and a natural wheat flavour.

Our delicious new Biscuits for Cheese are the ideal accompaniment to a cheese board. They are produced by an artisan bakery in the heart of the West Country, using the finest ingredients to brand new, exclusive recipes, developed with Paxton & Whitfield.

The production scale is very small and non-mechanised with each batch of dough being hand rolled before being cut into crackers and baked to perfection.

Our Charcoal Crackers are delicious when eaten with goats' and sheep's milk cheeses - try with Ossau Iraty or Cerney Ash.

Charcoal is reputed to aid digestion and restore a natural balance.

Suitable for vegetarians.
