Operations and Buying Senior Manager


We are looking to recruit an experienced Operations and Buying Senior Manager to manage our Bourton on the Water (in the Cotswolds) Head Office, reporting directly to the Managing Director. 

Responsibilities will fall in two areas, maximising the efficiency and profitability of the site and providing leadership across the functions, and setting and implementing the buying strategy and managing the small buying team.

The successful candidate is likely to have come from a food buying background and wants to broaden their skills into general management.    They should have financial, strategic and commercial capabilities.   The first few months of the role will include covering the current Buyer/Merchandiser’s maternity leave so they should have excellent attention to detail, be organised and interested in fine food.
