Shop Manager

We are looking for a passionate cheese professional to run our Chelsea shop.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage the team to deliver the highest quality service to our retail and wholesale customers.
• Ensure we are offering the very highest quality products to our customers, in an attractive environment.
• Develop new opportunities across our various sales channels
• Oversee the ordering of stock and manage the paperwork associated with running a business unit.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a passion for cheese and fine foods
• Be organised and have an eye for detail
• Understand compliance in food safety procedures
• Have strong visual merchandising skills
