Fresh Cheese
These cheeses are sold young and therefore have clean and gentle flavours which make them a refreshing addition to any cheese board. They are perfect as appetisers with plain crackers. They usually have to be eaten fairly promptly after purchase due to their high moisture content and consequent shorter shelf life . They can often be in the form of curd or cream cheese. If the cheeses are not sold as individual units but by weight, we sell them online in multiples of 250g and will always send each cheese cut as one piece unless directed otherwise.
