Navigating the Site
Clicking Shop Now will display the range of available products.
If you know the type of cheese you want just enter enter eg:'cheddar' in a search box, and click the return key on your keyboard or the icon next to the text field. A list of products satisfying your search terms will be shown.
Our most popular items are listed in the Best Sellers box. All products are selected for quality. Where we recommend an associated product, that will be shown to the right of the product you are currently viewing.

Quick Purchase
If you know the product number of the product you would like to buy, just enter it in the box on the left under 'Quick purchase' and press the button next to the text field. The product will then be put into your basket. If you want to add more items, enter the product number and press the button next to the text field again. When all products are in your basket press the 'checkout' button below the last item added.

Your Basket
Having selected an item, enter the number required and click the Add to Basket button. The screen shows the Contents and Value of Your Shopping Basket excluding delivery charges. You can add more items to Your Basket which updates when clicking the Add to Basket button.

Changing product quantity
Go to the Your Basket Number box and enter the new quantity required. Clicking the Update Button will show the new Contents in your basket and the Price.

Deleting an item from your basket
Your Basket Screen includes a Remove box. Click in this box then the Update button. This clears all of that type of item from your Basket.

Adding more items to your Basket
Select other items and Add them to your basket. Your Basket will show all the items selected.

Completing your Purchase
When you have finished shopping click the CHECKOUT key. The screen enables you to edit your delivery address details. The screen shown provides a form for essential personal and delivery address information. Please note that all your information is treated in strict confidence. Click the Continue button. Your purchases and billing and delivery information is displayed. Your details can be changed if required. Now please enter your card details as indicated. This information is required by the Secure Server which will certify your card details and complete the transaction. Press the Confirm Order button. Note: If you change your mind at any stage before pressing the Confirm button, use the browser back key to change or delete items in your basket. e.g. You could clear the basket by selecting 0 items and then leave the site. Any information you have provided will be deleted from the database. The Secure Server confirms your payment and the form shown reflects your purchase details. This can be printed as a local copy of your order. We send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Delivery is on average within 2 working days in the UK.
