Coeur de Neufchatel is a creamy heart shaped cheese from Normandy, we infuse the cheese with Brillat Savarin and minced black summer truffles to create a luxurious centre piece for any cheese board.

Couer de Neufchatel is said to be one of the oldest varieties of cheese from the Normandy region. This supple cheese lends itself perfectly to being truffled.
