Fresh Cheese

These cheeses are sold young and therefore have clean and gentle flavours which make them a refreshing addition to any cheese board. They are perfect as appetisers with plain crackers. They usually have to be eaten fairly promptly after purchase due to their high moisture content and consequent shorter shelf life.

Windrush Goats

A mild, goats cheese with a citrus flavour which is fresh and light in texture.

Windrush Goat's Cheese is made in Oxfordshire on a small farm with the milk of pedigree goats by Richard and Renee Loveridge. Their products are named after the nearby River Windrush, a tributary of the River Thames.
