Our cheese resides in our brand-new state-of-the-art maturation rooms in the Cotswolds that were built in 2021, where temperature and humidity-controlled environments provide the best conditions for maturing and storage. Our cheeses are freshly cut to order, packaged with 100% sheeps’ wool insulation and reusable icepacks and sent on an overnight delivery service for an impressive and fresh arrival.
