  1. Cut the ham into one inch cubes and mix with the pears with the honey.
  2. Bake in oven 180 degrees C until golden (5 mins).
  3. Dress the leaves in the dressing and arrange on the plate.
  4. Place the hot ham mixture on top and shave the parmesan all over.
Can substitute Parmesan with Berkswell.
