- There is one prize of a Paxton's Fondue for Two and there is no cash alternative.
- The winner will be selected at random from all available entries and notified by 20th February 2023.
- We will publish details of the winner on our website as soon as the winner has been notified.
- Qualifying orders must be placed between the 20th and 31st of January 2023 for delivery and choose a home delivery or in-store collection date between 3rd Feb and 14th Feb 2023.
- The Paxton's Fondue for Two is only available for delivery to UK addresses. If you win and live at an international address, you can nominate a UK-based friend or family member to receive the prize.
- Employees or agents of Paxton & Whitfield, or their family members may not enter the prize draw.
- The promoter of the prize draw is Paxton & Whitfield, Unit R4, Bourton Industrial Park, Bourton on the Water, Gloucestershire GL54 2HQ . Any complaints regarding the competition should be sent to this address.
- Paxton & Whitfield reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Paxton & Whitfield in all matters under its control is final and binding.
