In our experience, soft cheese is always one of the first cheeses to disappear on the cheese board! The creamy texture and full flavour of artisan soft cheese is a crowd pleaser; perfect for serving on our artisan cheese biscuits with soft cheese confit and also for cooking into some of our cheese recipes.
