Nuts about Prunes

A rich and nutty prune preserve with toasted hazelnuts.

Paxton & Whitfield’s exclusive new Prune and Hazelnut preserve has been handmade in the French Pyrenees by an artisan producer.

The rich, dark fruit flavours from the prunes are perfectly complimented by the nutty flavour from the Hazelnut and a touch of warmth from the ginger.

Good cheese has always been complimented by fruit, think of Manchego and Spanish Membrillo, and Nuts about Prunes is the ideal accompaniment to almost every cheese on your cheeseboard – soft and hard cow’s milk cheeses, blue cheeses and goat’s cheeses alike – and is equally delicious on its own!

Nuts about Prunes are also a great addition for your kitchen cupboard as they can be added to stocks/gravy to be served with pork; or simply try a spoonful on your plate with some sliced pork.
