Specially created by Hartington Creamery to mark The Queen's Platinum Jubilee, this semi-soft creamy blue cheese has a brine washed edible rind. Handmade at the creamery in small batches. 

Hartington Creamery is based at Pikehall Farm in the heart of the Peak District and their cheese is made using Derbyshire Dales Milk.
