Floral & Herbaceous Wildblutenkase

A wonderful Swiss cheese which is aged for 3 months.This attractive cheese flaunts the natural beauty of wildflowers and herbs from its mountainous home, coupled with the superior cheeses of the Güntensperger family.

Peppery herbs, parsley, leek, mint, and flower blossom; this cheese is floral, brothy, creamy and delicious. A buttery, even textured, semi hard cheese with a slightly chewy rind- it is worth eating this cheese with its floral rind in order to make the most of all of the textures and flavours it has to offer.

We have brought this beautiful cheese into range this month to celebrate Chelsea flower show which is hosted annually just a short distance from our Cale Street shop. In the month of May, the whole borough becomes a beautiful and highly decorated area as local business celebrate Chelsea in bloom!

It will be absolutely stunning on a sunny evening cheese board and pairs deliciously with a Reisling.
