Artisan Raw Milk Camembert Cheese
The Camembert producer that we work with has been producing cheese for 4 generations. They work with small, local farms located within 30km and have close working relationships with the farmers to ensure the highest quality raw milk. The creamery is located less than 5km from the coast and the cheese is made to strict PDO specifications.
Tradtional raw milk Camembert de Normandy and mass produced camemberts are incomparable. Traditional cheeses are complex, funky and challenging in the most delicious way.
Our Camembert has a rippled rind with a supple interior; creamy and white with a smell reminiscent of the earth and cellars. The taste fills the mouth with an intense, fruity flavour.
