Washed Rind Cheese from the Cotswolds

Rollright is a semi soft cheese; based on a Reblochon. The delicate, peachy-pink rind ripens the cheese within to a rich, silky texture. The cheese develops rich flavours of crème fraiche, cured ham, and mustard seed, with a smoky, woodsy aroma.

The milk used to make the Rollright cheese comes from a herd of 240 dairy Shorthorn and British Friesian cows and these 250g cheeses are perfectly packaged for an impressive cheese picnic; wrapped in spruce bark.

This stunning, artisan cheese is made by David Jowett of Kingstone Dairy. Based in the Cotswolds and passionate about regenerative farming, David's cheeses are made by hand using single herd, organic cow’s milk.

At the 2016 Artisan Cheese Awards, Rollright won the prestigious Supreme Champion Award as well as winning Best Small Producer, Best Cow's milk Cheese and and best new cheese.

Awarded Bronze at British Cheese Awards 2024.
