Toma St Ours is a hard, alpine-style cheese from the Valle d’Aosta region of north west Italy. Made by husband and wife Paola and Nicoletta of Caseifici Nicoletta. The dairy opened in 1988 on the banks of the river Dora Bàltea in the town of Aoste. Toma St Ours is a new cheese developed by the dairy designed to complement the traditional recipes and practices of the Valle d’Aosta region.Read More
