Our cheesemongers have compiled this delicious selection cheese and perfectly paired accompaniments. The limited-edition collection contains fine artisan cheese, hand-baked crackers, tasty Paxton's Proper Pickle and a bottle of Paxton’s Merlot Cabernet. Paxton & Whitfield Stilton 200g: A truly exceptional example of one of England’s most famous cheeses, with a herby tang and rich creaminess.

Montgomery's Cheddar 200g: Rich, savoury and nutty. A classic West Country cheddar made with raw milk; hand selected for Paxton & Whitfield.

Brie de Meaux 200g: Our Brie de Meaux has an even and lightly creamy texture; supple and smooth without being runny. Its appealingly fruity flavour has a suggestion of nuts and an earthy perfume.

Paxton & Whitfield Cracked Black Pepper Oatcakes 200g: Wholesome, wholegrain oatcakes for cheese - lightly seasoned with cracked black pepper. Hand-baked in Scotland.

Paxton & Whitfield Cornish Buttermilk Biscuits 100g: Crisp & wholemeal Artisan Biscuits for Cheese - enriched with Cornish Buttermilk & Whey. 

Paxton & Whitfield Proper Pickle 190g: A traditional, mixed fruit chutney – dark and rich. It is hand-prepared with juicy dates, prunes and apricots.  It’s the perfect pickle for a ploughman’s lunch.

Paxton & Whitfield Cote De Duras Merlot Cabernet 750ml: The delicious, youthful fruit characterises this wine from Cotes de Duras, but it is balanced by depth of flavour making it an excellent wine for all occasions. A beautiful, fruity red wine, perfect to pair with cheese.
