Our cheesemongers have compiled this delicious selection; perfect for January; with a Burns Night theme. This collection is available a strictly limited edition of 150 with free UK* delivery.
The limited edition collection contains three fine Scottish, artisan cheeses (Clava Brie 250g, Isle of Mull 250g and Auld Reekie 250g), a 50ml bottle of Glenfarclas Single Malt Scotch Whisky, two packets of hand-baked shortbread 170g each (including a deliciously warming stem Ginger flavoured shortbread), a jar of Paxton's Apple & Chilli Jelly 113g, our best-selling Biscuits for Cheese 250g and a Paxton & Whitfield tote bag.
These guest cheeses have been specially selected for our January selection; Clava Brie is a soft, brie-syle cheese with a delicate curd made in the Highlands of Scotland using organic milk, Auld Reekie is a traditional style cheese, using traditional smoking methods, flavoured with a delicate whisky and wood finish and Isle of Mull - a Cheddar style cheese made at Tobermory on the Isle of Mull with a full flavour.
