Dorstone Goat - A full flavoured goats milk cheese that has been rolled in ash. Dense in texture with a creamy, slightly salty lemon flavour
Ticklemore 250g - A white rinded goats milk cheese made in the Dart Valley. Rich, citrusy and refreshing in flavour.
White Fig Confit 45g - The sweet mellowness of white fig (60%), raisins and a touch of bay leaf is ideal on or accompanying any goats cheese.
Charcoal Cracker 100g - A crisp and savoury biscuit with a dark, distinctive appearance and a natural wheat flavour.
