Your Paxton's Cheese Collection contains:

• Paxton & Whitfield Hundred Dram Cheddar PDO 200g: A creamy and soft textured cheddar. Made using traditional methods in the West Country with milk from Westcountry herds.

• Paxton & Whitfield Hand-Cut Cropwell Bishop Stilton 200g: Smooth, creamy and open textured, the cheese is buttery and complex, with a slightly spicy long finish.

• Paxton & Whitfield Smoked Ceodre PDO 200g: A wax coated farmhouse Cheddar naturally smoked over oak chips, giving a smoky flavour and creamy texture.

• Paxton & Whitfield Celtic Capra Cheese 80g: A mellow goats cheese from County Tipperary with a herby flavour. Great on a cheeseboard or grilled on a salad or sourdough.

• Paxton & Whitfield Celtic Soft 200g: Versatile soft cows' milk cheese with a buttery texture and full creamy flavour. Delicious on a cheeseboard or baked in the oven.

• Paxton & Whitfield Biscuits for Cheese 250g: A selection box of Biscuits for Cheese containing our Original Crackers, Cornish Buttermilk Biscuits, Rosemary Wafers and Poppy & Linseed Crackers.
