We’ve selected spring-themed sheep & goats’ milk cheese for the base and top layers. The beautiful, semi-hard Sheep Rustler from Somerset forms the bottom tier; with its nutty flavour and hint of caramel. You will receive a whole Sheep Rustler cheese; weighing approx 800g.
The middle tier is award-winning cows' milk soft cheese - Tunworth; Described by Raymond Blanc as "The best Camembert in the world" (250g).
The top tier is our Paxton & Whitfield Dorset Goat with its clean, mellow and slightly sweet flavour (200g).
The cheese cake serves up to 12 people for a cheese course, or less people with plenty of leftovers to enjoy! Available online with free UK delivery. It is delivered with an instruction postcard to demonstrate how to assemble the individual cheeses into a cake.
