It is light and delicate with a superb complexity which always makes the cheese a treat to enjoy. An award-winning British ewes' milk cheese made by Anne Wigmore and her team in Berkshire.
Driftwood 215g: A lemony ash-rinded goats' milk cheese made in the heart of the Westcountry. The texture is close and silky, with a pleasing saltiness and citrusy notes and the pretty grey black geotrichum mould is said to resemble bark (hence the name Driftwood).
Appleby's Cheshire 250g: The texture of Appleby's Cheshire cheese is moist and crumbly. The flavour is clean and zesty on the tongue followed by a rich mouth-watering finish, which continues to linger. Awarded Gold at The World Cheese Awards 2019.
Fig Ball 250g: Delicious figs from Southern Italy, that have been slowly baked for a delicious caramelised texture. Sticky and sweet, they make a perfect great pairing with artisan cheese.
