Our Celebration Cheese Cake is made up from:

  • Waterloo (approx 800g) - The bottom tier of the cake is Waterloo - made near Berkshire. A distinctive semi-soft cheese with a creamy texture and peppery, earthy flavour. Made from Guernsey milk.

  • Cashel Blue (approx 750g) - In the middle tier is Cashel - a mellow, subtle and creamy blue cheese handmade on a family farm in County Tipperary.

  • Cheddar Pounder (500g) - In the heart of the stunning Bride Valley in Dorset, Paxton & Whitfield's Cheddar Pounders are handmade to a traditional recipe using pasteurised milk from local herds. The Truckles are then taken and matured in the historic Wookey Hole Caves of Wells, Somerset, where the flavour picks up a distinctive complexity from the unique environment. This is a cloth-bound cheese and the cloth should be removed before eating. This can easily be done with a knife.

We've even included a packet of our hand-baked Poppy & Linseed crackers for a ready-to-eat cheese feast!
