Kirkham's Lancashire 200g: A farmhouse Lancashire made using a traditional two day curd method, with an open texture and a buttery, hint of sharpness.
Paxton & Whitfield Celtic Soft 200g: Versatile soft cows' milk cheese with a buttery texture and full creamy flavour. Delicious on a cheeseboard or baked in the oven.
Cashel Blue 250g: Cashel Blue cheese starts as a firm textured, crumbly consistency but with ripening it takes on a soft, creamy, almost spreadable texture. As it matures, the flavour also changes, growing stronger and becoming spicier. The rind is very distinctive with a covering of grey and pink moulds.
Fruit Cake for Cheese 500g: Made by a family-run bakery a stone's throw from Ludlow. This fruit cake full of figs, dates, apples and walnuts makes a perfect partner to cheese.
