Carefully selected by our expert cheesemongers, this delicious selection contains three remarkable artisan cheeses, perfect for hosting your Jubilee Celebrations.

Sparkenhoe Red Leicester (500g): Nutty and complex, with deep caramel and liquorice undertones, this cheese is completely set apart from generic Red Leicester.
Baron Bigod (500g): Similar to Brie de Meaux, award-winning, British Baron Bigod is a soft, white bloomy–rind cheese with a golden curd and long-lasting, earthy flavours.
Stichelton (500g): Meaty and buttery, our Stichelton blue cheese has deliciously complex flavours that change with the seasons and develop with age. The texture is creamy, with spicy notes from the blueing which sit alongside nutty, savoury, and milky, sweet flavours.
Paxton & Whitfield Limited Edition Pork Pie with Stilton (500g): Made with British outdoor-bred pork shoulder, seasoned with a unique blend of white pepper and combined with our Paxton & Whitfield finest Stilton. The creamy Stilton perfectly balances the saltiness of the pork and the rich crunch of the hand-crimped pastry. This delicious limited-edition pork pie is made exclusively for Paxton & Whitfield.
Happy Belly Cumberland Scotch Egg x4 (175g each): Extra-special, fresh soft-boiled eggs - wrapped in succulent British Pork and seasoned with a special blend of spices. Coated in Panko breadcrumbs for an extra fluffy crunch.
Happy Belly Vegetarian Scotch Egg x2 (175g each): Vegetarian soft-boiled eggs; wrapped in a sweet potato blend, with caramelised onions, goats’ cheese and cracked black pepper. Coated in Panko breadcrumbs for an extra fluffy crunch. Sweet, savoury, and scrumptious.
Paxton & Whitfield Proper Piccalilli (198g): This traditional pickle is the ideal accompaniment to cold meats and hard cheese - crunchy vegetable pieces in a piquant and fresh sauce. Prepared by hand in North Yorkshire and featuring a vibrant mix of cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, cauliflower, red peppers, courgettes & green peppers.
Paxton & Whitfield Beetroot & Horseradish Chutney (190g): The sweetness from the beetroot is perfectly contrasted with the warm spice from the horseradish. This delightful, mouth-watering chutney is perfect for adding that 'pop' of colour to your cheeseboard.
Paxton & Whitfield Mushroom Pate (125g): Cornish Charcuterie Mushroom Pâté is an award-winning spread and a favourite of many vegetarians for its great taste. Flavoured with punchy chilli and zingy coriander, this vegetarian pâté is rich and buttery - perfect for adding to crackers.
