Baby Rollright 200g: A semi soft cheese based on a Reblochon, Rollright is delicate, peachy-pink rind ripens the cheese within to a rich, silky texture. The cheese develops rich flavours of crème fraiche, cured ham, and mustard seed, with a smoky, woodsy aroma.

Westcombe Cheddar 250g: Fantastic example of a West Country farmhouse cheddar, with mellow notes of hazelnut and caramel and slightly earthy flavour. Deliciously creamy and an essential for every cheeseboard.

Pennard Ridge 250g: A hard goats' milk cheese with an open texture & a fresh flavour developing to show fruity hints & nutty ending.
