Our expert cheesemongers have compiled this mouth-watering selection to enjoy this summer - filled with seasonal cheese treats and accompaniments. The limited-edition collection contains fine artisan cheese, a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc, hand-baked Artisan Biscuits for Cheese, decadent truffle crisps, and quince cheese, finished off with a freshly baked apple and cinnamon flapjack.

Stichelton 250g: Meaty and buttery, our Stichelton blue cheese has deliciously complex flavours that change with the seasons and develop with age. The texture is creamy, with spicy notes from the blueing which sit alongside nutty, savoury, and milky, sweet flavours.

Gorwydd Caerphilly 250g: Award winning, Gorwydd Caerphilly is a delicious cheese which has a creamy softness and umami flavours. The centre of the cheese is crumbly with a lemon, acidic tang.

Selles Sur Cher 150g: Selles sur Cher is a classic French goats’ milk cheese - fine textured, succulent and velvety. It has an aroma of walnuts and the flavour is also nutty but with a hint of lemon and salt followed by a mellow sweetness.

Paxton & Whitfield Poppy & Linseed Crackers for Cheese 150g: A light, buttery cracker, packed with poppy seeds and linseeds, lending a nutty, toasted flavour.

Truffle Hunter Black Truffle Crisps 100g: These delicious crisps are made with carefully selected locally grown English potatoes. The potatoes are thinly sliced and hand fried in small batches and dusted with Truffle Hunter's Black Truffle Powder to give them that true, decadent truffle flavour.

Paxton & Whitfield Quince Cheese 140g: A solid, sliceable fruit preserve; known as "Membrillo" in Spain, this finest Quince is made only from natural ingredients. A perfect companion to this summer cheese selection.
