Our expert cheesemongers have compiled this mouth-watering selection to enjoy this summer - filled with seasonal cheese treats and accompaniments. The limited-edition collection contains fine artisan cheese, mouth-watering Scotch Eggs, hand-baked artisan biscuits for cheese, plump Gordal Olives, sweet Pear and Vanilla Confit and piquant Piccalilli, finished off with delightful Italian Lemon Gingerbread Men.

Containing:

Westcombe 250g: Fantastic example of a West Country farmhouse cheddar, with mellow notes of hazelnut and caramel and a slightly earthy flavour. Truly handmade using milk solely from local herds that graze on lush Somerset pastures.

Cote Hill Blue 300g: Cote Hill Blue matures slowly over 3 months into a soft, aromatic cheese. It has a distinctive rind and a blue-veined soft, creamy texture that coats the mouth and leaves behind a buttery sweetness and subtle kick.

Maida Vale 180g: Mini Maida Vale is a semi-soft, washed rind cheese which is made from Channel Island cows' milk and washed with Soundwave IPA from Siren Craft Brewery, who are situated just a few miles from the dairy. The IPA beer helps to promote a pungent, tangy flavour in the cheese whilst maintaining a buttery texture. It is a fully-fledged British cheese at its finest.

Happy Belly Cumberland Scotch Egg 158g: 'Happy Belly' soft-boiled scotch eggs - wrapped in succulent British Pork seasoned with a special blend of spices and coated in Panko breadcrumbs.

Happy Belly Veggie Scotch Egg 158g: 'Happy Belly' vegetarian scotch eggs replace the traditional meat layer with succulent sweet potato, caramelised onion and goat’s cheese. Coated in Panko breadcrumbs for an extra fluffy crunch.

Gordal Olives 100g: Delicious, plump, round, Spanish olives with a fine, delicate flavour and a firm, meaty texture.

Paxton & Whitfield Rosemary & Sea Salt Biscuits for Cheese 150g: These light and buttery biscuits are delicately seasoned with Rosemary and Sea Salt for a delicious pairing with artisan cheese.

Paxton & Whitfield Really Proper Piccalilli 198g: Traditionally made with cauliflower, green vegetables and celery seeds, preserved in a spicy mustard sauce. This traditional pickle is the ideal accompaniment to cold meats and hard cheese.

Paxton & Whitfield Confit Pear & Vanilla 120g: This confit is hand-made in the Pyrenees and uses the traditional flavour of pear with a hint of vanilla. The perfect pairing for cheddar.

Lemon Gingerbread Men 100g: Italian lemons are combined with chewy ginger, citrus peel, and Hawken's gingerbread spice recipe to create these moreish Italian Lemon Gingerbread Men. This delicious artisan treat comes with two men in each pack.
