Black Ham made to the Bradenham recipe
Made to a recipe created by Lord Bradenham back in 1781, this ham will appeal to those who are looking for something really special. A dry-cured, ready-to-eat ham with a distinctive black rind. The unique colour is formed from a fortnight spent soaking in a special marinade of molasses, juniper and spices. The hams are then left to mature for three months, during which time they develop their robust and distinctive flavour. Produced with only British pigs.
We require a 3-day leadtime for our artisan hams. When you go to checkout the delivery dates you are offered will reflect this leadtime.
