Lewis of London is a family run Business based at Fold Farm on the border of London and Hertfordshire. Fold farm has been home to the Lewis family for 3 generations the current owners grandfather started the 200 acre in 1962 and his two grandsons now have taken over the now 300 acre farm to solely grow the grass to feed the cows.

Fold Farm have 200 milking cows which produce roughly 3500 litres of milk a day which produces this delicious Halloumi cheese and the Lewis of London Ice Cream. The cows are a mix of 50% Holstein and 50% Fleckvieh which create the perfect milking cows.
