Baronet Baby 280g: A semi-soft cheese with a lovely pale-yellow core – made with the milk of Jersey Cows. It's creamy, rich and buttery with a washed-rind giving it a punchy flavour. Made by Julianna Sedli and her team at Neston Park in Wiltshire.
Lanark Blue 250g: An unpasteurised Scottish Ewe’s Blue cheese with a sharp and clean flavour, the Scottish equivalent to French Roquefort, made by Errington Cheese in South Lanarkshire at the foot of the Pentland Hills in the Southern Uplands of Scotland.
Paxton & Whitfield Farmhouse Butter Crackers 100g: A slightly sweet, crisp, oat and wholemeal cracker, enriched with Cornish Buttermilk. Produced by an artisan bakery in the heart of the West Country, these delicious crackers are the perfect accompaniment for cheese.
