Paxton & Whitfield Cheddar Pounder PDO 550g: Paxton's Cave Aged Cheddar Pounder is distinctively fruity and has a nutty bite. It has underlying earthy notes absorbed from its maturation period in Somerset caves, and a very dense consistency that is satisfying in the mouth. It's a staple for every cheeseboard.

Paxton & Whitfield Camembert de Normandie PDO 250g: Our Camembert has a rippled rind with a supple interior; creamy and white with a smell reminiscent of the earth and cellars. The taste fills the mouth with an intense, fruity flavour.

Paxton & Whitfield Smoked Ceodre 200g: A wax-coated farmhouse Cheddar naturally smoked over oak chips, giving a smoky flavour and creamy texture.

Paxton & Whitfield Dorset Goat 200g: Our Dorset Goat is a hard goats' milk cheese with a mellow and slightly sweet flavour and a smooth, firm texture.

Paxton & Whitfield Hundred Dram Cheddar PDO 200g: A creamy and soft textured cheddar. Made using traditional methods in the West Country with milk from Westcountry herds.
