Hand-prepared in the UK with whole Black Garlic cloves, slowly cooked for 45 days, this delightfully savoury, umami infused pickle is a real showstopper with cheese. A sensational accompaniment to artisan cheese. It works particularly well with Alpine cheeses and Territorials, however, it is a wonderful pairing to a wide range of artisan cheeses.
