A concentrated spiced syrup for creating an excellent mulled wine. Preferable to a Bouquet Garnis in that you can make as much or as little of the beverage as you like at any one time. Also suitable for adding to fruit pies, crumbles and poached peaches and pears or drizzled over ice cream.
