Cheese Care How to Cut Cheese

A stylish Cheese Plane with a stainless steel blade, for slicing hard and semi-hard cheeses. Perfect for cutting even slices of cheese for cheese sandwiches or cheese on toast.

The blade is etched with the Paxton & Whitfield logo.

Paxton & Whitfield’s Cheese Plane is constructed with a triple riveted handle and a 314 stainless steel, full tang blade. Full tang means the blade is made from one piece of metal that runs from the tip of the blade to the end of the handle. The full tang blade, along with the bolster, adds weight, strength and durability, giving a superior construction, improved leverage and better balance.

Wash this plane with warm soapy water and dry. Do not soak. Not suitable for dishwasher use.
