About

Alp Blossom is an alpine style raw cow's milk cheese which is made in the German mountains. The multi award winning Kasekuche Isny dairy nestles in the Allgau in the Bavarian Alps.

This visually beautiful cheese is encrusted with hand selected edible wild alpine flowers. The cheese has a smooth, clean texture with sweet milky notes and a savoury nuttiness. The real star of this cheese however is the blossom, which gives the cheese a well-rounded herbaceous quality without overpowering. Notes of rosemary and thyme are apparent with deeper walnut flavours coming through later.

Perfect for your Summer cheese board.
