Paxton & Whitfield Celtic Capra 80g: Big flavour in a small package, Celtic Capra is a great example of Irish cheesemaking. This small goats' milk cheese ranges from delicate and mellow in flavour, to smooth and earthy.  

Colston Bassett Stilton 250g: Colston Bassett is an award-winning blue Stilton cheese that is creamy in colour and has blue veins running throughout. The texture of this delightful cheese is smooth with an enjoyable mellow flavour.

Paxton & Whitfield Cave Aged Cheddar 250g: Handmade to a traditional recipe using milk from local herds to give a fruity flavour and smooth texture. Our Cave Aged Cheddar is matured in the historic Wookey Hole Caves of Wells, Somerset, where the flavour picks up a distinctive complexity from the unique environment.
