It's official, the May Bank Holiday weekend; 8th - 10th May is also The British Cheese Weekender! Led by the Specialist Cheesemakers Association, Academy of Cheese and the Guild of Fine Food. It's time to celebrate our British, independent cheesemakers; eat their delicious cheese, try something new and learn more about this incredibly passionate industry that inspires us every day.
