In this selection of British cheese staples, we’ve chosen 500g of creamy, yet earthy Westcombe Cheddar (Made by Tom Calver of Westcombe Dairy in the Batcombe Vale of Somerset), 500g of our traditional, farmhouse Red Leicester; made in the South West Leicestershire countryside on a dairy farm called Sparkenhoe Farm, and 300g of Cote Hill Blue; A creamy blue cheese made in Lincolnshire with unpasteurised milk to give a buttery and satisfying flavour.
