Bourton on the Water

Warehouse Lead (Permanant Role / Min 35 hours per week)

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Warehouse Lead to join our team in Bourton on the Water. The successful applicant will have an attention to detail, great communication skills and a positive attitude. The Warehouse Lead will be a hands on role and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the Warehouse.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Oversee, and execute the daily pick/pack of our mail order and wholesale orders ensuring the product is always looking superb.
• Oversee, and execute the checking in of all products (cheese/ambient/homewares/packaging) in line with our food safety, finance and buying controls.
• Carry out accurate stock takes in conjunction with Stock Control.
• Oversee and execute the pick/pack of all deliveries into our retail sites.
• Ensure all Food Safety Procedures and Health & Safety policies are carried out at all times.
• Work with the cheese team to ensure the cheese is of the highest quality before reaching the final customer.
• Work with the Quality Manager to implement continuous process improvements and warehouse development.
• Load/unload deliveries – Forklift Counter Balance license desirable (training can be provided for the right candidate).
