Sinodun Hill 200g:  A soft goats' milk cheese with a subtle 'farminess', citric tones and a pleasant nuttiness. The texture is smooth and creamy with aromas of fresh hay.

Fourme d'Ambert 500g: A delicious French blue cheese with a creamy white interior and dark greeny blue veining. Moist in texture, with a savoury taste that is tangy with a touch of sweetness.

Waterloo 800g:  Rich, yet not too powerful, Waterloo has a mildly salty flavour balanced by its lactic centre. It's an attractive and unique cheese with its white rind contrasting with the deep cream-coloured paste.

Appleby’s Cheshire 2.5KG:  This remarkable, award-winning cheese is moist and crumbly with a clean and zesty flavour, followed by a rich mouth-watering finish, which continues to linger.
