A beautiful wedding cheese cake designed to serve 80 people. Made up from four tiers of delicious artisan cheeses. The base is artisan Yordale Wensleydale, the next layer is deliciously creamy Cote Hill Blue, the third layer is Tunworth, and the cake is topped with smooth and fudgy Blackmount goats' milk cheese.

Your cheese will be freshly selected, packaged with 100% sheep’s' wool insulation and icepacks and delivered to you on an overnight carbon-neutral delivery service for a fresh arrival.

Your Wedding Cheese Cake for 80 People Features: 

Blackmount 220g x4: A smooth and fudgy goats’ milk cheese, with a beautiful ash rind and a yoghurty, citrus flavour.

Tunworth 250g: A hand-ladled, soft and creamy cows’ milk cheese from Hampshire with a distinct nutty, mushroomy flavour. 2 x 250g cheeses are provided.

Cote Hill Blue 1kg: Matured slowly over 3 months creating a soft and aromatic cheese. It has a distinctive rind and a blue-veined soft, creamy texture that coats the mouth and leaves behind a buttery sweetness and subtle kick.

Yordale Wensleydale 3kg: All the lemon, yogurt acidity you would expect from a Wensleydale, with mineral, earthy tones closer to the rind. Unlike crumbly Wensleydale, Curlew Dairy use a traditional slow recipe which gives the cheese a much softer, creamier texture.
