Irresistible Raclette Cheese Melted to Perfection

Raclette is a traditional dish originating in the French & Swiss Alps. Famous for its ability to melt exceptionally to become a fantastic molten dip or topping. The name Raclette comes from the French verb ‘racler’ meaning to scrape and is usually served with potato, charcuterie and vegetables. Made with cows' milk and washed with a brine, our artisan Raclette is creamy, buttery and pleasantly pungent and when melted becomes more rounded, and balanced with fruity and nutty flavours. The washed rind adds the pungent aroma with the inner paste tasting buttery, oozy and rich with a salty balance.

Raclette is a classic winter warmer, usually melted directly from the cheese wheel, so we have created our 2 person pre-sliced portions to make this amazing cheese accessible to all!

To melt, place a Raclette slice in the Paxton & Whitfield Raclette Heater pan to melt slowly under a lit tea light - the perfect dinner accompaniment.
