Extra Mature Montgomery’s Cheddar 200g: Matured for 18 months in a muslin cloth, sealed in lard and matured on wooden shelves to deliver a moreish texture and a nutty, slightly spicy, peppery flavour.
Cashel Blue 200g: It starts as a firm textured, crumbly consistency but with ripening it takes on a soft, creamy, almost spreadable texture. As it matures, the flavour also changes, growing stronger and becoming spicier.
Sinodun Hill 200g: A delicate, wrinkly rinded goats’ milk cheese made in Oxfordshire. The texture is smooth, and mousse-like with a sweet, citrus flavour and notes of almond.
