Not all knives are made equal. Paxton & Whitfield’s Cheese Knife is constructed with a triple riveted handle and a 314 stainless steel, full tang blade. Full tang means the blade is made from one piece of metal that runs from the tip of the blade to the end of the handle. This full tang blade, along with the knife bolster, adds weight, strength and durability to the knife, giving it a superior construction, improved leverage and better balance.
Wash with warm soapy water and dry. Do not soak. Not suitable for dishwasher use.
